* All items are guaranteed against defects in workmanship.
* The minimum order is $10.00 - excluding freight.
* Most stock orders are shipped within 24 hours.
* You credit card will not be billed until the order is ready for shipping.
* Please allow 3-4 days for shipping in the continental US.
* On occasion it can take 4-6 weeks for International shipments; depending on the country.
* We use the United Parcel Service (UPS) for International shipments.
* Air freight cut-off times vary, please call 1-800-476-5539 for assistance if timing is critical.
* Orders for non-stock items must be paid in advance.
* All sales tax is the responsibility of the end-user. We do charge sales tax for shipments in South Carolina. If you are claiming an exemption, please supply the proper form
* All items are new, unless otherwise specified.
* All returns must be in the original packaging. Please contact us for Return Goods Authorization (RGA). And are subject to a restocking charge.
* No returns after 30 days.
* If an item is returned for credit; which was shipped free freight, we reserve the right to deduct outgoing freight charges from the refund.
* Restock fees varies by manufacturer - from 0% to 30%. EOA does not charge an additional restock fee but may pass on fees charged by the manufacturer if appropriate.
* Custom or special orders are not returnable for credit.
